Staff was helpful. Relaxation room with microwave and vending machine is comfortable. Room is comfortable and clean. Pyjamas are soft and comfortable.

Location, near the JR station. Quick response, I requested change to non smoking room and the hotel reply me quickly and helped me change to non smoking room. Staff very nice :)

Room clean and comfortable, nearby a few restaurants. Front desk very good, water pressure big free parking is a bonus.

Lovely hotel. Toiletries are provided. Shampoo and conditioner were good quality products. Breakfast was delicious.
