Staff was helpful. Relaxation room with microwave and vending machine is comfortable. Room is comfortable and clean. Pyjamas are soft and comfortable.

Second time staying at this place. Comfortable stay with breakfast, nice and comfy room, good location, good service you can expected from a big business hotel chain.

Location, near the JR station. Quick response, I requested change to non smoking room and the hotel reply me quickly and helped me change to non smoking room. Staff very nice :)

Room clean and comfortable, nearby a few restaurants. Front desk very good, water pressure big free parking is a bonus.

Lovely hotel. Toiletries are provided. Shampoo and conditioner were good quality products. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is close to the train station. There is the onsen for serving you. The breakfast is so good.
